These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and our premium detailing services, including bookings, consultations, and vehicle care packages.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all service requests and bookings made through the Leo’s Detailing website and to all our in-person and mobile detailing services.

2. Our Services

We provide the following services to individual and business clients:

• Exterior and interior vehicle detailing.
• Ceramic coating applications and paint correction services.
• Engine bay cleaning and luxury detailing packages.
• Consultation and custom care plans for classic or high-value vehicles.

3. Booking and Agreement

Submitting a service request or contact form does not constitute a binding agreement. A confirmed booking is valid only once approved by us via written confirmation (email or invoice).

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT where applicable.
• We accept payment via credit/debit card, cash on-site, or pre-paid invoice.
• For premium services, a deposit may be requested to secure your appointment.

5. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment:

• More than 48 hours in advance: Full refund or no charge.
• Between 24–48 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: Full charge applies with no refund.

6. Liability and Conditions

• Leo’s Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles.
• Clients must disclose aftermarket parts, wraps, or sensitive surfaces prior to service.
• We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.

7. Use of Media and Content

• With client consent, we may photograph vehicles before and after service for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish for your vehicle to appear in our media, please notify us in advance in writing.
• All website content (images, text, branding) is the property of Leo’s Detailing and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here and become effective immediately upon publication.
